In 2024, I designed and launched Custom dataset in Report Builder - a tools that help user combining different datasets without the need know how to join data technically. Custom dataset allowing user to pull data from different datasets into one report which significantly reduced the amount of reports that suppliers need to maintain, also providing user flexibility to build their own datasets that meet their busness need. With Custom dataset, suppliers can now is customer, online shopping and store inventory data in one report instead of creating 3 repoerts seperately.

85% - reduction in client churn rate within the first year of launch.
30% - decrease in average daily query volume during mornings, improving system efficiency.

Previously, merchants and suppliers had to run 20+ separate reports just to understand their business performance. This was frustrating, time-consuming, and costly. With Custom Dataset, users can join and reuse data fields across reports, significantly reducing manual work and duplicated queries while giving them flexibility to build datasets tailored to their needs.
