In April 2024, we launched Report Builder 1.0 to the public, a significant milestone in Walmart’s data monetization plan. In just a week, we signed over 80 exclusive contracts for Report Builder, separate from the Luminate suite. This success didn’t come overnight; it was a journey filled with challenges, ambiguity, and strategic pivots. Ultimately, we created a tool that helps hundreds of suppliers, vendors, and merchants access data quickly and make smarter decisions.
